I have been coaching since 2013 and I have worked with people from all walks of life. From low to high level athletes, to physical therapy patients, to general population fitness beginners, and all kinds of personalities, I have seen and learned A LOT about training. I love helping other coaches avoid the mistakes I made, as well as how to formulate their system. I do not just give you a formula and tell you to run with it.
